Born in Laconia, New Hampshire, USA Bransom always wanted to go to sea.
Graduating from
Purdue University in 1974 with a BS in Industrial Management
and a Commission as a Regular Officer in the United States
Navy, he qualified as a Supply Officer in Submarines in
the LOS
ANGELES Class “Fast
Attack” Submarine, USS PHILADELPHIA (SSN-690). He raced
33,000 miles around the World (west about, through the Antarctic)
in the 1996/1997 BT Global Challenge.
Ashore, Bransom went into Commercial
and Industrial Real Estate, first as a broker and then
as President of a Real Estate development company operating
in the USA and Canada.
He moved to the Isle of Man to set up
a property trouble shooting division of a British Financial
Institution operating in the British Isles, Europe and Africa.
Building on these experiences
he became Marketing Director for an International Firm providing
Legal Consulting, Trust and Asset Management Services before
establishing Fine Focus .
Bransom plays the accordian and enjoys Vivaldi, ZZ
Top and Alan Jackson.
A columnist, PADI Scuba Diver, public speaker and private
pilot, above all Bransom is A Sailor.
